Description

This RFQ is open only to Prequalified parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor Status in the following category: Earthworks C7000001 or Road Construction C7000000 or Water, Sanitary, Storm Sewer C7200100 This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations. Term is until construction completion: Scheduled Operation Date is September 15, 2026. The City of Calgary Real Estate and Development Services requires stripping, grading, deep utilities, erosion and sediment control and surface work for Riverbend TOD Phase 1 located at 2515 85 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta.
