Description

The AER is seeking to integrate a robust Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) cloud-based solution with existing technology solutions to manage complex portfolios, programs and projects efficiently and effectively. The PPM solution is sought for the following purposes: 1. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all projects align with AER's strategic goals and objectives. 2. Resource Optimization: Efficiently allocate and manage resources across all projects. 3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the project portfolio. 4. Cost Control: Monitor and manage project budgets. 5. Improved Visibility: Provide a centralized view of all projects for better tracking and decision-making. 6. Enhanced Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. 7. Performance Measurement: Track project performance against key metrics. 8. Informed Decision-Making: Provide detailed reports and analytics that support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
