AB-2025-02186 - Experiential Leadership Development Programming Services

For this RFSQ, MacEwan University is looking for experiential learning programming that deepens one’s understanding and application of leadership in relational and collaborative ways. MacEwan University is looking for proven learning providers who can offer Leadership Development Programming, including courses and workshops, that enable the application of the skill in the workplace. It is MacEwan University’s intent to establish a roster of up to ten (10) qualified learning providers and enter into Master Service Agreements with them. The initial term of the Master Service Agreement will be for three (3) years, with an option to renew at MacEwan University’s discretion, for two (2) renewal terms of up to three (3) years each. The selected learning providers will be responsible for collaborating with MacEwan University in the development and delivery of courses/ workshops and/ or providing pre-packaged courses/ workshops in relation to MacEwan’s Leadership Fundamentals program. The Contracted Services shall include two distinct scopes of work: A. Facilitative Programming – instructor-led experiential training sessions that emphasize active participation, real-world application, and interactive learning. Delivered in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, these programs engage participants through discussions, hands-on exercises, and group collaboration. B. Pre-Packaged (Train-the-Trainer) Programming – Structured, ready-to-use training materials designed for organizations to deliver internally. These programs incorporate experiential learning principles through activities, reflection exercises, and scenario-based learning, supported by facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and optional coaching resources. Minor customization options may be required to align course/ workshop with organizational needs. Respondents may submit qualifications for one or both scopes, depending on their expertise and service offerings. Respondents must clearly indicate which scope(s) they are applying for and demonstrate their ability to incorporate experiential learning methodologies into their training approach.
