Description

Lonsdale Energy Corporation (Lonsdale Energy) is requesting proposals from interested
proponents (Proponents) in response to this Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFP”) for a
project team to provide Construction Management Services for a new Sewer Heat Recovery Plant
(SHRP) located north of 2nd St W adjacent to Mosquito Creek in North Vancouver.

Mandatory Site Tour with Lonsdale Energy staff: April 3rd, 2025
Deadline for submitting questions: April 7th, 2025
Closing Time: April 17th, 2025
Target Date for Selection of Preferred Proponent & Entering into agreement: May 2nd, 2025
