This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grande Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Collection Agency Services, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
