Description

Abatement and demolition of the 1956 building addition of Tuxedo Park School (including entirety of the concrete courtyard surround). Bid documents are accepted only via Ariba. Failure to submit bid documents via Ariba will result in a non compliant bid. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations Always refer to Ariba for the most up to information, including any changes to the timeline. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Quote Submission that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for the following category(s): Demolition Contractor C7400203
