Sealed bids marked "Bid for Southeast Region Service Commission, Office Building Expansion 2025-01" will be received at the office of the Southeast Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 100 Bill Slater Drive 128, Berry Mills, NB, until 2:00 p.m. on April 16th, 2025. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope.

In general, the work consists of construction of a new 2,100 ft2 single story office building on Bill Slater Drive, Berry Mills N.B. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.

Bid Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per set from:

A non-mandatory site meeting for all bidders will be held on April 8th at 10:00 a.m. at the SERSC Administration building, 70 Enviro Drive, Barry Mills.

The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
