Description

The Strathcona Regional District (Regional District) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of a Parks and Trails Master Plan for Electoral Area D. Proponents shall base their Proposal on furnishing everything including all materials, tools, equipment and all necessary supplies as well as incidentals required to complete the project in full compliance with the provisions and requirements of this RFP document. Any deviation from the requirements set out in this document must be fully disclosed in the proposal.
