Description

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for SEAPARC ROOF AREA REPLACEMENTS Contract No: SEA.25-01)" will be received by Matt Curtis, Operations Manager, SEAPARC Recreation] of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 2168 Phillips Rd., Sooke BC, V9Z 0Y3 up to 12:00 PM) local time on May 5 th , 2025, at which time they will be opened in private. The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following: Furnishing of all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary for replacement of individual roof areas at SEAPARC Recreation Centre.

A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at 2168 Phillips Rd, Sooke BC, V9Z 0Y3 at 10:00am, April 15 th, 2025. “CRD staff will escort the Tenderers to the work site. Tenderers are recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
