Description

The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide live eProctoring services to the College. Details of the service requirements are contained within this RFP.

Live eProctoring services are required for convenient, modality-aligned, and secure provision of exams for online and hyflex (courses that allow both in-person and online attendance) academic course sections. Live proctors are critical to ensuring the most positive and supportive test-taking experience for the College’s diverse learners, including learners who have varying digital literacy proficiency.
