Description

The purpose of this RFP is to define the requirements and procedures for conducting a comprehensive wastewater lagoon sludge survey within 4 First Nations communities located in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. The surveys aim to quantify the volume, distribution, and characteristics of accumulated sludge to support operational decision-making, maintenance planning, and disposal options.
