AB-2025-02649 - 25-1538 Crescent Road Public Realm Engineering Services

The City requires a qualified consulting firm to lead a multidisciplinary team for the design and delivery of Crescent Road improvements between 2nd and 3rd Street NW. The team will provide expertise that includes the disciplines of landscape architecture, engineering disciplines as required, and indigenous engagement. Improvements may include a plaza, seating, native plantings, viewpoints, a multi-use pathway, widened boulevard sidewalk, traffic calming, gates, and Indigenous commemoration. This project anticipates the following phases: • Phase 1 Design Development; • Phase 2 Construction Procurement Documentation and • Phase 3 Construction and Contract Administration. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for all Phases of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase.
