The project consists of the construction of 20 new residential units. This will include four separate buildings of stacked & row townhomes, plus an additional building to house water treatment equipment & shared laundry. All buildings to be slab on grade & stick framed. Phase 2 will include construction of the buildings including all finishes and certain site works such as landscaping & asphalt paving  
 
Site development, specifically civil & septic works were included in the phase 1 tender and are not included in this tender
 
Project located on Galiano Island. Gross Building Area (including utility building) = 16,001 SQFT

Non-Mandatory site visit April 15th, 2025 @ 1:30 PM. Please note this is an active construction site and PPE is required for the site visit
