Overview & Purpose
The purpose of this tender is to invite submissions from qualified, professional companies to provide a bid, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Terms of Reference and Appendices stated herein, for the construction of new park amenities at Roxboro Park, located in Spring Garden Subdivision within the Town of Salisbury.
Submission of Bids
Bid Documents may only be obtained electronically from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website under "Attachments" on the Bid notice advertisement. It is the Bidder's responsibility to download and print the bid documents and submit as specified herein.
Bids received after the Closing Date will NOT be considered or accepted.
Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their bids in the manner and time prescribed. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that Tenders have been deposited into the designated Tender box on or before the Closing Date and Time stated in the Tender documents. A Tender shall be deemed to have been received when the envelope has been stamped with the time and date of receipt or has been deposited into the designated Tender box.
The closing date for this tender is Monday, April 28th, 2025, at 3:00PM, local time.
Tenders, using the bid form attached herein, shall be returned in a sealed envelope clearly showing the TENDER NAME AND NUMBER, TENDER CLOSING DATE and COMPANY'S NAME on the front of the envelope and addressed as follows:

Prior to the Closing Date, a bid may be modified or withdrawn by way of written request to the contact person referred to in the "Bid Submission Requirements" section.
No bid can be modified or withdrawn after the Closing Date (including changing any sub-contractor or information contained in the bid).
All expenses incurred by the Proponent in connection with the preparation of its bid, including, without limitation, shall be borne by the Proponent. The Town shall not incur
any obligation whatsoever toward the Proponent whether said bid is accepted or rejected.
There will be no public tender opening. The Town may, at their sole discretion, notify all bidders of the total bid price(s) submitted prior to an award. This shall not constitute a notification of award and any contract negotiated and/or awarded under this tender is subject to official approval and ratification of Salisbury Town Council.
Question and Addenda
All requests for additional information, clarifications or instructions concerning the tender and the preparation of Bids must be sent IN WRITING, via EMAIL, and received by the Town no later than Thursday, April 24th, 2025 by end of day.
Proponents are instructed NOT to make any inquiries of staff from the Town of Salisbury, elected officials for the Town, and/or any individual or consultant that is/has been retained by the Municipality for the purposes of this project.
