AB-2025-02753 - MOUNTVIEW II - REPLACE EXISTING ENGINEERED AIR MUA

Provide all material and labor to replace existing Engineered Air MUA that services the resident’s corridors with an equivalent Engineered Air unit. Contractor responsible to: • Obtain all permits required. • Disconnect and isolate all gas lines, ducting and electrical to the existing unit. • Crane existing unit off roof and crane new unit onto roof. • Reconnect all gas lines, ducting and electrical to the new unit. • Complete start-up and commissioning of new unit and provide final report. • Repaint paint gas line to new unit. • Safe disposal of existing unit as per municipal bylaws. • Provide 1 hardcopy and one digital copy of O&Ms.

PRE-BID MEETING 1) A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 18th, 2025 at 1:00 pm Alberta Time at Mountview, 710 16 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 6V9, Alberta. 2) Purpose is to : I. provide bidders an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Work II. provide bidders an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions 3) ASHC’s representative(s) will be present. 4) All prime contract and major subcontract Bidders are strongly advised to attend. Others are invited to attend. 5) No information provided by ASHC or any of its representatives at the pre-bid meeting shall be binding, unless such information is included in an Addendum. 6) All inquiries shall be emailed to the Inquires Contact email address in Section 3, Bid and Contract Form. Responses will be issued in an Addendum.
