Description

The Owner invites bids for the construction of the Work, which in general terms, will consist of the following: • Removals of existing site features, amenities and landscape • Minor grading revisions • Concrete walkways and patios • Site amenities • Landscaping • Irrigation • Light fixture replacement The Successful Bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract.
