Description

Invitation to tender for Stelly's Secondary School 2025 HVAC Upgrade Phase 2. Tenders shall be submitted via online electronic submission to: https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/ no later than 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
There is a mandatory site walk-through scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
The project primarily involves mechanical work, and Mechanical Contractors are invited to bid as Prime Contractors.
Due to the school to be occupiable and functionally available for the educational year, it is an absolute requirement that the bidder agree to achieve Ready-for Takeover by Friday, August 29, 2025.
