Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of HERITAGE RANCH PARK OPERATIONS (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables, for two years with the opportunity to extend for an additional three years in one year increments with The City of Red Deer.
