T-2025-001A - T-2025-001A Asphalt Resurfacing Project - (N.-B.)

The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for Contract T-2025-001A: Asphalt Resurfacing 2025 which consists generally of the supply and placement of base gravels, base asphalt, seal asphalt, watermain, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk and associated items.

Each tender shall be submitted on or before the closing date of May 6th, 2025 at 2:30 pm.
Bidders shall submit a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender price including HST in the form of Bid Bond or Certified Cheque.

Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm.
Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender.
The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.

The project shall be substantially completed on or before August 31st, 2025.
