AB-2025-03048 - Provision of Vending Machines – Multiple Locations

The City of Spruce Grove, Recreation and Culture Department is looking for a Vending Machine Supplier that can provide a full-line Vending Machine services for various recreational facilities in Spruce Grove, including the installation, food and beverage supply of product and restocking on a scheduled basis to ensure availability of product to visitors. Revenues/commission to be offered to the City, and the terms and schedule of such payments will need to be shown.

Meeting Details

There will be a bidder’s site visit associated with this procurement. A bidder’s meeting will be held for all candidate vendors at 1:30PM Mountain Daylight Time on Tuesday, May 13th. This meeting is mandatory for all candidate vendors. There will be no other opportunities available during the tender period to review the site prior to bid closing. All candidate vendors are to provide confirmation of attendance to the City of Spruce Grove minimum two business days prior to the meeting. Limit of 2 people per company are permitted to attend this meeting.
