Description

The City is seeking a comprehensive, sustainable training and development program that builds individual and collective leadership capacity. The City seeks proposals from qualified vendors to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive Leadership Development Program. The program should enhance leadership skills, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and prepare current and future leaders to effectively guide the organization through challenges and opportunities. The scope for 2025 will focus on our current leaders and pending Council’s approval of additional funding, could expand the program for future leaders in upcoming years.
