Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Okanagan College (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Uniformed Guard and Mobile Patrol Services, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Okanagan College is inviting proposals for the provision of uniformed guard and mobile patrol services at our campuses in Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon and Salmon Arm. Okanagan College also offers campus housing in Kelowna, Vernon and Salmon Arm and a new residence is scheduled to open at our Penticton campus mid-year, 2026.
