Description

The Town of Edson invites proposals for the rewrite of its Municipal Development Plan (MDP). The successful proponent will develop a modernized MDP that reflects current conditions, updated growth projections, and community aspirations. Key deliverables include a project work plan, community engagement strategy, background research, draft and final MDP documents, and presentations to Council. The project schedule must accommodate a pause during the 2025 municipal election period, with background work completed by summer 2025 and finalization expected by Q4 2026.
