Description

The Township of Langley Housing Trust Society (the “Society”) is seeking responses to a Request for Expression of Interest (“EOI”) from interested property management firms to provide comprehensive property management services for three rental apartment buildings currently in detailed design and forecast to be completed in 2027 in the Township of Langley, British Columbia. The Society seeks an experienced and professional firm to ensure the effective management, maintenance, and operation of these buildings while delivering high-quality services to tenants.
