The City of Charlottetown (“City”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and innovative operators to lease designated City-owned lands for the purpose of operating electric scooter pick-up and drop-off zones. This initiative aligns with the City’s commitment to promoting sustainable, accessible, and environmentally friendly transportation options for residents and visitors.
