The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer is to secure a source of service for STAGE AND AUDIO PRODUCTION of major Cape Breton Regional Municipality produced events. The award may be granted for both events or separately. The successful bidders are to supply all material, tools, labor, accessories, etc. to perform this work as per the specifications, terms and conditions.
