Description

The purpose of this study is to conduct a detailed feasibility study to determine if it is technically, financially, and operationally feasible to convert the existing curling rink into an arena. The purpose of this study is to assess the viability of the project, including evaluating structural, operational, and financial considerations, to provide recommendations for potential conversion and conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to ensure the facility meets all requirements for an arena and surrounding services.
