Addendum (Amendment) # 1
The Municipal District of St. Stephen is issuing an addendum to address clarifications to the tender document including update to membrane and specifications, tender document warranty details and change to the wording on Section 3(G)(ii) regarding dating requirements for warranty, licensing and product inspection.
Also the addendum addresses clarification on proposal pricing to include all labour and materials required as a result of the installation of the membrane.
Any Vendor submitting a proposal is required to ensure proposal pricing includes any changes because of the addendum. The addendum pages are to be initialed and a copy of the addendum included with the proposal submission.

The Municipal District of St. Stephen (MDSS) is requesting tenders from qualified proponents to provide and install one (1) new (not used) 60 MIL PVC outdoor swimming pool liner for the WT Booth Centennial Outdoor Municipal Pool at 10 Mill Lane, St. Stephen, NB that meets or exceeds the specifications attached in this tender request. Any additional items required for successful completion of the project must be included in tender submittals.
The Proponents shall be prepared to commence work near the end of the season. Traditionally the outdoor pool season runs from mid-June to the end of August. The MDSS would prefer the work to be carried out between mid-August and October 1, 2025.
This tender is a Request for Proposals, where factors other than pricing are evaluated and selection of the proposal is based on criteria scoring, as noted in the tender document.
The lowest or any tender may not be accepted as the Municipal District of St. Stephen reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. In addition this tender is subject to a budget, and any or all tenders may be rejected if the proposals exceed the budget or otherwise do not meet the tender specifications.
The response to this Request for Proposals must be completed as noted in the tender documents and delivered in hard copy (one bound and one unbound copy) by 3:00 pm AST on Friday, May 30, 2025. A site visit may be requested for an appointment to occur on or before May 21, 2025.
