The University is seeking information on a 50/50 Joint Venture to Expand Student Housing and Public Housing.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely as an information-gathering process and does not constitute a formal Request for Proposals (RFP). No award will result from this RFI and UNB is under no obligation to proceed with a competitive procurement process. However, based on the responses received, UNB may choose to shortlist vendors for a subsequent formal process such as an RFP or other competitive bidding process.
