Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to develop the empty lot adjacent to 675 West 10th Ave, Vancouver. The empty lot will be developed into an open-air parking lot with appropriate infrastructure, such as lighting, EV charging, pay stations, security cameras, and retaining walls.

The anticipated Ready for Takeover is September 30th 2025.
