Description

The RFI is intended to help the Ministry determine the solutions currently available in the marketplace. The RFI is solely intended to solicit feedback from respondents familiar with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications.

The Ministry requires a comprehensive notification system to enhance its ability to communicate effectively with registrants across North America. This system is essential for ensuring timely and accurate notifications in both English and French, streamlining internal processes, improving accessibility for registrants, and complying with Canadian data residency requirements. The system is needed as soon as possible to support the Ministry's ongoing operations and future planning. These services are required across North America, with the solution being located entirely within Canada to meet data residency standards.
