Site Examination and Bidders Briefing: .1 Visit project site and surrounding area before submitting Bid. .2 Mandatory visit to project site has been arranged for Bidders as follows: At the project site on May 8, 2025, at 10:00 am. .3 Representatives of the Owner and Consultant will be in attendance. .4 Summarized minutes of briefing meeting may be circulated to attendees. Minutes will not form part of Contract Documents. .5 Information relevant to Bid Documents will be recorded in Addendum and issued to attendees. .6 Verify existing conditions at time of Bid. If areas are found to be different than what is indicated or expected, notify Consultant immediately. Extra payments will not be authorized for work required by situations that could have been determined by a careful examination of existing conditions.
