Description

The Christ the Redeemer Catholic Separate School Division (herein referred to as “CTR”) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide a thorough Capital Reserve Fund Study at CTR’s school facilities located in the communities of Okotoks, High River, De Winton, Oyen, Brooks, Canmore, Strathmore, and Drumheller. The objective of this project is for CTR to is to evaluate the current and future capital repair and replacement needs of fourteen (14) of our school sites across Alberta and to establish a financial plan to ensure adequate funding of CTR’s reserve over a period of 30 years.
