ICBC is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding approaches, tools, and methodologies for modernizing our mainframe-based systems, which primarily use PL/1 for business logic and integrate with various distributed applications. The objective is to transition away from legacy technologies to a modern, scalable, and maintainable architecture while ensuring accuracy, performance, stability, agility, security, and seamless integration with existing and future systems.
