Description

The Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand is seeking a qualified company to provide a Finance Department Review and Interim Treasurer Assistance on a on-going basis until Dec 31, 2025. The Township of Alnwick Haldimand has now attempted to hire a Municipal Treasurer three times in 2024. There are several projects underway that all impact this position, including the pay study project approved by Council for 2025. There are a number of significant items that are impacting the Township financially, and it is in the best interest of the Corporation to embark on a review and educational opportunity to ensure best practices are being following and that our financial affairs are in order as much as possible, creating a next level foundation for a new Treasurer.
