Description

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is undertaking two distinct, but interrelated projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance through digital transformation. These initiatives, focused on Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRMS) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow automation, will be built on Microsoft 365 technologies, specifically SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview. By issuing this combined RFP, the CVRD seeks to engage a vendor with proven expertise in both domains to ensure seamless integration and alignment with its IT infrastructure.
