Description

Earthwork for industrial subdivision lots including: - Removal of topsoil to stockpile onsite. - Subsoil excavation, hauling, placing and compaction services. - Grading to finished grade. Topsoil replacement is not required. Topsoil and subsoil earthworks will be paid based on measurements and volumes as determined by the County. Proponents may include alternative methodologies for the County’s consideration. Breakout costs for work at an hourly rate, for additional work as may be negotiated between the successful proponent and the client.
