The Municipality of the County of Inverness is inviting qualified consultants or consulting firms to submit Standing Offers for municipal strategic planning services. The intent is to establish a Standing Offer arrangement to be accessed on an as-needed basis for services supporting Municipal Council in developing or refreshing strategic plans.
