Sealed bids marked "Bid for Southeast Region Service Commission, 2025 Office Siteworks 2025-02" will be received at the office of the Southeast Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB, until 2:00 p.m. on June 11th, 2025. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope.
In general, the work consists of construction of a new 42 space parking lot and access road for the SERSC Office Building Expansion on 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills N.B. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.
Bid Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per set from:

A non-mandatory site meeting for all bidders will be held on June 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at the SERSC Administration building, 70 Enviro Drive, Barry Mills.
The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
