BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (Includes Site Construction)
Tenders are invited for the Street Repairs within the City of Campbellton. The work will include street and sidewalk asphalt patching and asphalt cuts repairs for the year 2025.
Sealed tenders marked "STREET REPAIRS 2025-01 will be accepted by the undersigned until 1:00 p.m., Wedenesday, June 4, 2025, in the Bid Deposit Box located at the City of Campbellton, City Reception Office, at the City Hall Building, 76 Water Street, Campbellton, N.B., E3N 1B1 at which time there will be a Public Tender Opening.

Bidders are responsible to ensure the bids are deposited by this time. Tenders received after the specified time shall not be considered.
Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of a bid bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of $10,000.00, payable to the City of Campbellton (Owner).
The only tenders that shall be considered will be those on the forms provided by the City. Tenders must be filled out for each item on the provided schedule of prices forms.

The City does not commit itself to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or costs of any sort to the tenderers.
This project is subject to the approval of City Council.
This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
Solicitation documents will be provided in either of the Province of New Brunswick's two official languages; English or French upon request.
All Suppliers engaged to deliver goods or services to the Government of New Brunswick must ensure compliance with the Designated Materials Regulation in the provision or delivery of those goods obligated under that Regulation. Please refer to
