Notice is hereby given that Interior Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Patient Entertainment Services for a term of one (1) year at an estimated value of $382,000.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Fairy Kardoost Category Buyer, IM/IT, PHSA Procurement, by email before 12:00pm Pacific Time, May 30 ,2025.
