Calgary Housing (CH) is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the purpose of retaining Engineering Consultants to provide, on an as-required basis, investigation, design and advisory service to CH on capital maintenance, lifecycle, renovations and emergency services on a project or hourly basis.
