Description

EPCOR is seeking a Contractor to provide utility bill print and mail services. EPCOR issues approximately 7,652,740 customer bills annually and the average bill is three (3) pages in length. Average monthly impressions are 1,913,185 with 560,000 mail pieces and 8,500 manual insertion requirements. EPCOR issues approximately 203,806 letters annually. EPCOR is seeking a qualified Contractor who understands and is committed to meeting EPCOR’s objectives with excellence in quality, customer service and life cycle cost effectiveness.
