The work involves the replacement of the existing roofing membrane located at Sheep River House. (21 Elma Street East, Okotoks, AB) Removal of existing and installation of new low sloped and asphalt shingle roofs. Including existing metal flashings and roof vents. Including 5 year warranty certificate as issued by Alberta Roofing Contractors Association.
