The supply of labour, materials, and equipment to complete asphalt replacement on West Saanich Road between Mills Road and Willingdon Road, comprising of approximately 1,500 sq.m of asphalt replacement, 1,150 cu.m of earth excavation, 27m of culvert replacement and all associated works.
