Description

Ontario Health seeks a qualified vendor to provide strategic consulting for refining its Compensation and Job Evaluation frameworks. The selected vendor will offer expert advice on compensation policies, benchmarking, and pay equity to help attract and retain talent effectively. Services include reviewing salary structures, enhancing compensation design, and supporting pay transparency initiatives. Additionally, the vendor will support job evaluation processes and refine career path frameworks across the organization.
