The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Construction Management Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Construction Manager to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for CRHC's Cedar Hill Library & Affordable Housing Development.
