Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Robotic-assisted Rehabilitation Service Contract for Queens Park Care Centre for a term of 5 years at an estimated value of CAD$101,345.84 (USD$70,785.00).
