British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BC Hydro”) invites interested parties to submit responses to this RFSQ (each, a “Response”) indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the design, supply and construction of new Brookswood Substation (Ref: TM0632), and potentially Willoughby Substation (ref: TM0637) and Goldstream Substation (TM0633)
