Description

Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) (the “Health Authority”), on behalf of BC Cancer - Vancouver Cancer Centre intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide RayStation Treatment Planning System (TPS) software platform for Health Authority with an estimated value of $262,270 USD for 5 (five) years.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
 the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
(a) to ensure compatibility with existing products/systems.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection to the attention of Aadel Aalinezhad by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, June 9th, 2025. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection. Please Reference File: # PHSA 16756 on all written correspondence.
